Local Checkers Game
American-style checkers enforces mandatory captures, multi-jumps and king promotion for local two-player play.
Capture rules
Men move diagonally forward on dark squares; kings can also move backward. If a capture is available you must take one. After a jump, continue with the same piece if another capture is available. Promotion occurs when a man reaches the final row.
Three practical techniques
